Trish was amazing in this role!!! She was a task-master who took no BS from contractors. Everything was done on time. Some of the contractors we used she recommended herself and they did beautiful work. She has a great network of tradesmen. Trish kept in constant contact with us during the whole process. Our home was listed at a respectable price. We had multiple offers after one open house. We accepted an offer after 11 days. The house sold for a healthy $300k over asking. Trish is very personable. I never felt pushed or rushed during the process and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
